POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support daily office operations by managing front desk reception and general administrative duties while assisting with time and attendance records, payroll-related administrative tasks, and benefits administration. The role serves as a key point of contact for visitors and employees and offers opportunities to expand responsibilities in payroll and compliance support as experience grows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary front desk receptionist and manage incoming calls and visitors
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and recordkeeping
Support scheduling and coordination for internal stakeholders
Manage office and break room supplies and daily upkeep
Review and maintain daily time and attendance records
Assist with payroll-related administrative support under supervision
Support employee benefits enrollments and changes for health and insurance plans
Maintain confidential payroll and benefits records
Assist with company events and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum one year of experience in administrative, office support, or reception roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with timekeeping or payroll systems
