POSITION TITLE Outside Sales Representative
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will work directly with customers to handle quotations, price negotiations, and a wide range of customer requests, while supporting business growth through strong client relationships. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and overseas headquarters to support new product launches through mass production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outside sales and customer support through in-person visits, telephone, and email
Prepare quotations, provide product information, and arrange samples as needed
Identify new customer needs and gather information on new products
Support customers and internal manufacturing teams from new product launch through mass production
Coordinate and resolve customer requests related to pricing, delivery schedules, quality, and technical issues
Communicate with overseas headquarters
QUALIFICATIONS
2–5 years of experience working for a Japanese-affiliated company
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal communication skills
Conversational Japanese ability preferred but not required
Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks efficiently
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Outside sales experience in the automotive-related industry preferred
Conversational Japanese ability preferred but not required
