POSITION TITLE Office Administrator (General Administration & IT Coordination)
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support day-to-day office operations while coordinating basic IT support and vendor management. The role is designed for a proactive, hands-on professional who can identify issues, work closely with external vendors, and help improve operational efficiency across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall office operations, including facilities and supplies
Support basic IT infrastructure such as PCs and networks
Serve as the main point of contact for IT vendors, including troubleshooting and service coordination
Proactively identify issues and drive resolutions with vendors
Manage vendor relationships with attention to performance and cost
Provide first-level support for internal IT-related inquiries
Handle a broad range of administrative and operational tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level Japanese proficiency
Experience in office administration or a similar role
Basic understanding of IT environments
Ability to proactively communicate and coordinate with external vendors
Flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
IT support or helpdesk experience
Vendor management or negotiation experience
Experience in a startup or small-team environment
Experience in process improvement

SALARY USD60,000-70,000
