POSITION TITLE New Business / Real Estate Investments
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will play a senior, hands-on role in launching and scaling a U.S.-focused real estate investment business, leading investment strategy and execution while partnering closely with executive leadership to deliver measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business initiatives related to U.S. real estate investments
Lead investment execution across acquisitions, financing, and value creation initiatives
Oversee complex transaction structures, including U.S. mortgage and financing arrangements
Support capital structuring, fundraising activities, and investor-related initiatives
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and post-merger integration activities as required
Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve investment and performance targets
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong background in real estate and/or finance (e.g., investment banking, private equity, or real estate investments)
Hands-on experience in investment execution, beyond advisory roles
Exposure to capital raising, financing, PMI, or U.S. deal structuring
Proven ability to perform in a performance-driven, results-oriented environment
Business-level proficiency in English is required; Japanese language skills are a plus
