POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a corporate planning role that works closely with senior leadership to support business and organizational initiatives across the entire group. The role contributes to mid- to long-term corporate growth by planning and executing strategic projects, supporting business operations and governance, and strengthening corporate functions.
The position requires close collaboration with global stakeholders and a strong execution mindset to drive organizational and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and drive strategic projects across the group and its affiliated subsidiaries
Provide technical and business support for new business and technology development projects, including the creation of open innovation opportunities and collaboration with external partners and alliance companies.
- Support business operations and internal control across group companies
Contribute to the development and operation of group-wide governance and internal control frameworks to ensure smooth and appropriate business operations.
- Provide sales and marketing support to group companies
Assist with planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for both existing and new businesses.
- Deliver shared services to group companies
Support and operate cross-functional shared services in areas such as finance, legal, human resources, and internal controls.
- Provide administrative support to the parent company and corporate management functions
Support management and business operations through meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and internal communication and coordination, as well as other related duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Native or fluent-level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking); business-level English proficiency
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the United States
Practical knowledge and experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis
Ability to develop business cases, assess feasibility, and provide relevant information to senior management
Strong skills in using spreadsheets and presentation tools to analyze and clearly summarize information
Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in corporate planning, overseas business operations, or related corporate strategy functions
