POSITION SUMMARY

This position is a corporate planning role that works closely with senior leadership to support business and organizational initiatives across the entire group. The role contributes to mid- to long-term corporate growth by planning and executing strategic projects, supporting business operations and governance, and strengthening corporate functions.
The position requires close collaboration with global stakeholders and a strong execution mindset to drive organizational and business development.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and drive strategic projects across the group and its affiliated subsidiaries
    • Provide technical and business support for new business and technology development projects, including the creation of open innovation opportunities and collaboration with external partners and alliance companies.

  • Support business operations and internal control across group companies
    • Contribute to the development and operation of group-wide governance and internal control frameworks to ensure smooth and appropriate business operations.

  • Provide sales and marketing support to group companies
    • Assist with planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for both existing and new businesses.

  • Deliver shared services to group companies
    • Support and operate cross-functional shared services in areas such as finance, legal, human resources, and internal controls.

  • Provide administrative support to the parent company and corporate management functions
    • Support management and business operations through meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and internal communication and coordination, as well as other related duties.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Native or fluent-level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking); business-level English proficiency

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the United States

  • Practical knowledge and experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis

  • Ability to develop business cases, assess feasibility, and provide relevant information to senior management

  • Strong skills in using spreadsheets and presentation tools to analyze and clearly summarize information

  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Prior experience in corporate planning, overseas business operations, or related corporate strategy functions


SALARY

USD 70,000 – 100,000
(Determined based on professional experience and industry background)
