POSITION TITLE Global IT Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY In this position, you will serve as a key liaison between global business units and headquarters, supporting global IT initiatives, business analysis, system analysis, and operational IT support while helping align technology strategies with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a liaison between international offices, headquarters, and affiliated entities
Support global IT initiatives, business process improvements, and digital transformation projects
Analyze business requirements and recommend practical technology solutions
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural communication among business and IT stakeholders
Provide operational IT support and end-user assistance
Support initiatives involving Microsoft 365, AI, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications
Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and contribute to solving complex business challenges
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
5 to 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, IT support, system administration, IT analysis, or related disciplines
Experience collaborating with both Japanese and international IT organizations
Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, identity management, and end-user support
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting global IT initiatives, digital transformation programs, or enterprise IT planning
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Platform
Experience or knowledge of AI technologies, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions
Experience working in a global business environment
LOCATION Houston, TX
WORK ARRANGEMENT Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote per week)
WORKING HOURS Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
FLSA STATUS Exempt
SALARY USD80,000-110,000
