POSITION TITLE ERP Manager (Japanese Bilingual)
POSITION SUMMARY
IT Company is looking for ERP Manager.
This role offers high visibility and close collaboration with executive leadership, sales teams, offshore engineers, and clients to deliver ERP solutions aligned with business and financial objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and risks
Support presales activities including discovery sessions, solution design, and project estimation
Translate business requirements into ERP functional configurations
Advise clients on best practices across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory
Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure efficient delivery and quality
Support UAT, client training, and implementation readiness
Promote the use of Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Power Platform
Establish ERP governance and documentation standards, and monitor system performance to recommend enhancements
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of ERP implementation experience
2+ years of project leadership or project management experience
Experience supporting presales or solution consulting activities
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, sales, purchasing, and inventory processes
Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
Strong client-facing communication skills
Business-level Japanese proficiency
Availability for hybrid work and occasional client-site travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in ERP or IT consulting firms
Experience supporting Japanese subsidiaries in the U.S.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
PMP or equivalent certification
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience

SALARY USD90,000-110,000 (commensurate with experience)
