POSITION SUMMARY
A growing food and distribution company is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP initiatives and support its digital transformation strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will manage full-cycle ERP implementations, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive projects from planning through post-go-live optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from planning and discovery through deployment and stabilization.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, and IT.
Manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.
Facilitate business process reviews, requirements gathering, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Oversee ERP configuration, data migration, system integration, testing, and issue resolution activities.
Develop and implement change management, user training, and adoption strategies.
Prepare project status updates and executive-level presentations for leadership.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through system enhancements.
Support ongoing ERP optimization, future upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience.
3+ years of ERP implementation, enterprise systems, or digital transformation project experience.
Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations and large-scale business system deployments.
Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and related business processes.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or similar ERP platforms.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, CBAP, or related certifications are a plus.
Experience within food, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or CPG environments is preferred.
Occasional travel required.
BASE SALARY USD120,000 - 160,000 (DOE)
