POSITION TITLE Regional Account Sales Manager

 

POSITION SUMMARY

In this position, you will be responsible for expanding sales and product penetration across retail and on-premise accounts within an assigned region, working closely with distribution partners to develop new business opportunities and strengthen brand presence.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Sell products and expand the number of product lines in bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores

  • Identify major accounts with limited market penetration and develop plans to establish new business

  • Improve merchandising conditions through displays, resets, and point-of-sale materials to increase brand visibility

  • Partner with distributors to ensure orders, deliveries, and sustainable business growth

  • Conduct staff education sessions, tastings, and promotional activities

  • Coordinate events through distribution partners and food & beverage industry channels

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the territory

  • Ability to lift and move product cases and perform frequent physical merchandising activities, including bending and standing

 

LOCATION California (San Jose, San Francisco), Texas (Dallas, Houston), or Illinois (Chicago)

 

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time, exempt position (90-day probationary period)

 

WORKING HOURS 40 hours per week (typically 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

 

SALARY USD65,000-70,000 + bonus
