POSITION SUMMARY
The Branch Manager / Sales Operations Manager will oversee business operations, sales performance, and team leadership to support revenue growth and profitability. This role serves as a key leader responsible for driving business development, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall branch operations and business performance.
Drive revenue growth through business development, strategic account management, and customer relationship building.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Monitor sales results, gross margins, expenses, and operational costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and business partners.
Lead, coach, and develop branch employees, including sales and operations teams.
Support hiring, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, operational improvements, and market growth.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in food sales, wholesale distribution, food import, or a related industry.
3+ years of management, leadership, or team supervision experience.
Experience managing sales performance, business operations, and profitability.
Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Japanese-English bilingual communication skills required.
Valid driver's license required.
SALARY USD 120,000-150,000 (DOE)
