POSITION TITLE Bilingual System Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure within client environments, including network and cloud systems, to ensure stable operations and efficient system performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer, install, and maintain system software, hardware, and network applications in a hybrid network/cloud environment
Configure IP services and network systems
Evaluate operational requirements such as processing volume, security needs, and cost constraints to determine optimal hardware configurations
Analyze and plan system layouts, including computers and peripheral equipment
Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with specifications
Provide troubleshooting and technical support
Conduct end-user training for newly implemented or modified systems
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies
Support business travel requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10, Windows Server) and Active Directory
Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Office 365
Knowledge of backup systems, antivirus software, and PC imaging
Strong communication and teamwork skills

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required based on client needs)
SALARY $65,000 – $85,000
