POSITION TITLE Bilingual Purchasing Administrative Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will provide administrative and coordination support to purchasing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across the office and international stakeholders. The role plays a key part in supporting cross-border communication and maintaining accurate purchasing-related information in a bilingual Japanese–English environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the purchasing function
Act as a bilingual liaison between Japanese- and English-speaking stakeholders
Maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to purchasing activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as required
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Support communication with overseas teams in Japan
Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1–2 years of experience in purchasing, operations, or accounting
Ability to work effectively in both Japanese and English
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and general computer proficiency

SALARY USD $23 - $25.75/hr.($47,840 - $53,560/yr.), DOE
