POSITION TITLE Assistant Manager (Warehouse & Logistics)
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will act as a bridge between management and warehouse operations, supporting day-to-day site management, operational improvements, and customer-related activities. This role requires a hands-on understanding of warehouse operations while translating management perspectives into effective on-site execution to ensure stable operations and support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Share management policies and directives with warehouse managers and support on-site execution
Identify operational issues in warehouse and logistics operations and propose improvements
Assist in monitoring daily operational progress and performance
Participate in initiatives to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency
Review operational workflows and suggest process optimization measures
Support hands-on warehouse operations as needed to understand on-site activities
Maintain daily communication with existing customers
Coordinate issue resolution and follow up when operational problems arise
Support operations during the launch of new projects or accounts
Assist with new customer development, service improvement initiatives, and M&A-related activities
QUALIFICATIONS
2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain-related industries
Experience in on-site operational improvement or issue resolution
Customer-facing experience
Experience using warehouse-related systems such as WMS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Business-level Japanese language skills (Not required)
Basic knowledge of IT or operational systems

SALARY USD50,000-70,000
