POSITION TITLE Asset Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing an existing U.S. real estate portfolio and evaluating and executing new residential development opportunities.
This role focuses on office and rental residential assets, with responsibilities spanning asset strategy, financial performance, and development project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform asset management for owned properties (office and rental residential assets), including:
Financial performance monitoring and NOI optimization
Coordination and oversight of property managers and external partners
Evaluate acquisition opportunities for new rental residential development projects
Market research, underwriting, and investment analysis
Support and manage development projects from acquisition through execution
Coordinate with developers, consultants, and contractors
Monitor schedule, cost, and overall project progress
Prepare investment, performance, and reporting materials for internal stakeholders and investors
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience at a real estate company
Basic understanding of real estate financial analysis and investment fundamentals
Strong communication and coordination skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in asset management, development, investment, or property management preferred
