In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of sales orders, billing, and accounts receivable data while supporting month-end and year-end accounting activities. The role works closely with internal departments to improve operational efficiency, maintain data integrity, and support ongoing accounting operations.
Responsibilities
Review sales orders and sales invoices to ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with the supply chain team regarding data corrections and validation
Process and apply cash receipts in the accounting system
Review deduction documentation and ensure all deductions are accurately reflected in SAP
Monitor bank accounts, balances, and outstanding transactions
Assist with or perform month-end bank reconciliations
Prepare accounts receivable related reports
Maintain and review customer master data
Support accounts receivable and general ledger activities
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Support external audit activities
Maintain accounting systems and coordinate with system providers when necessary
Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3 to 5 years of accounting experience
CPA certification or CPA candidacy preferred
Strong Excel skills
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Salary: USD55,000-60,000

Travel requirements:
Infrequent local, domestic overnight, and international travel may be required
