POSITION TITLE Supply Chain Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution while driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth through collaboration with domestic and international stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute overall supply chain strategies
Create and analyze demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels
Utilize and improve ERP and supply chain management systems
Build and manage supplier relationships and performance
Oversee logistics planning and distribution operations
Optimize transportation and logistics costs
Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on cross-functional projects
Lead, mentor, and manage team members
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, or related fields
Team management experience
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Import/export and trade operation experience
Experience in e-commerce logistics or omnichannel retail environments
Supply chain certifications such as CPIM or CSCP
Chinese language skills are a plus
LOCATION Pasadena, CA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Contractor position (Opportunity to become a full-time employee in the future)
SALARY USD80,000-130,000（depending on experience and skills）
