POSITION TITLE Senior Financial Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will lead financial planning and analysis activities, support executive management reporting, drive strategic finance initiatives including M&A, IPO, investor relations, and financing activities, and provide data-driven insights to improve business performance and decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial results and management reports for senior leadership
Support strategic finance initiatives including M&A, financing, investor relations, and IPO-related activities
Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts
Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to analyze financial statements and business trends
Provide actionable insights to support management decision-making
Conduct financial and operational analyses to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial modeling, or a related finance function
4+ years of hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling
2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Big 4, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a related field
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting within a corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience with IPOs, M&A, investor relations, and financing activities
Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
CPA and/or CFA qualification
Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required

SALARY USD90,000-120,000
