POSITION TITLE Senior Accounting Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
This role leads core financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. The position plays a key part in shaping financial strategy and supporting executive decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations
Oversee finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost‑control functions
Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management
Manage debt financing and service payments
Establish and implement short‑ and long‑term departmental goals, policies, and procedures
Manage lines of credit, assets, and overall accounting functions
Oversee preparation of the official annual report of revenues, transfers, and expenses
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results versus budget
Lead and motivate teams to deliver high‑quality work within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
Facilitate group meetings
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions
Recommend benchmarks to measure departmental financial and operational performance
Serve as a resource to senior management, contributing to organizational direction
Participate in planning and policy‑making committees
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree + 1 year accounting management experience,or Associate degree + 3 years, or 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial software

WORK HOURS Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
FLSA Status Exempt (Not eligible for overtime pay)
SALARY USD100,000-120,000
