POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support Japanese-speaking clients by connecting them with qualified industry experts through a global expert network. You will be responsible for recruiting, vetting, and coordinating experts while managing multiple client-driven projects, ensuring timely and compliant expert engagements that support informed business decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit new industry experts and leverage an internal expert database to identify suitable candidates
Match client needs with the most appropriate experts across various industry sectors
Coordinate communications and meetings between experts and clients
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines and priorities
Ensure compliance with engagement and industry standards
Negotiate engagement terms to support successful expert consultations
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced proficiency in both Japanese and English
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

SALARY USD50,000-55,000
