POSITION TITLE Real Estate Leasing Agent 

 

POSITION SUMMARY 

We are seeking a Real Estate Leasing Agent to support leasing activities across the New York City market. This role involves guiding clients through property viewings, managing negotiations, and supporting the leasing process from initial inquiry to contract completion. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Conduct on-site property tours and provide leasing proposals to clients  

  • Meet clients at properties and coordinate viewings  

  • Visit property management companies and conduct market research  

  • Respond to inquiries, conduct needs assessments, and follow up with clients  

  • Negotiate lease terms and coordinate move-in arrangements with owners and property managers  

  • Perform administrative tasks such as system data entry and report preparation related to sales activities 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • New York State Real Estate License holder or willingness to obtain one  

  • Valid U.S. work authorization  

  • Experience in real estate sales, leasing brokerage, or customer-facing roles  

  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written)  

  • Basic PC skills (Email, Excel, Word, etc.) 

 

LOCATION New York, NY 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

  • Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break) 

  • Days Off: Two days off per week on a rotating schedule, plus U.S. public holidays 

  • Work Style: Hybrid work arrangement with office attendance approximately three days per week, prioritizing property showings and sales schedules (During the probation period, full-time office attendance five days per week is required) 

 

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time 

 

SALARY USD60,000 - 90,000 (including commission) 

 

BENEFITS Medical and dental insurance (80% of premiums covered by the employer), 
full support for real estate license acquisition (100% employer-paid, conditions apply), 
PTO (10 days annually; 5 days in the first year), and others 

 

OTHER 3-month probation period
