POSITION TITLE Real Estate Leasing Agent 

POSITION SUMMARY 

We are seeking a Real Estate Leasing Agent to support the rental market in the Boston and surrounding areas, primarily assisting individuals relocating to or studying in the U.S. from Japan. 
This role involves managing the full leasing process-from property introductions to contract support-while working closely with property owners and management companies to ensure a smooth and reliable housing experience for clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Handle residential leasing transactions, including property showings, introductions, and lease contract support  

  • Provide support for property management–related tasks  

  • Assist with real estate sales brokerage activities  

  • Respond to inquiries, conduct needs assessments, and follow up with clients  

  • Coordinate and negotiate terms with property owners and management companies  

  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales activities, including system data entry and report preparation 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)  

  • Valid U.S. work authorization  

  • Experience in real estate sales, leasing brokerage, or customer-facing roles is a plus  

  • No prior real estate industry experience required  

  • Massachusetts real estate license holders or candidates willing to obtain a license are welcome 

LOCATION Boston and Cambridge area, MA 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

  • Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break) 

  • Days Off: Two days off per week on a rotating schedule, plus U.S. public holidays 

  • Schedule is subject to change based on business requirements. 

SALARY USD60,000 - 90,000 (including commission 

BENEFITS Insurance subsidy program available, PTO (5 days in the first year; 10 days granted annually from the second year onward on each work anniversary), and others  

OTHER 3-month probation period
