POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support the research and development organization by contributing to product planning, design, testing, and production preparation, ensuring that new developments meet defined performance objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define performance requirements based on product concepts and market needs
Develop and evaluate product structural, material, and geometric designs
Conduct prototype development and performance validation
Perform DFMEA and support design reviews
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for target markets
Support transition from development to production through finalized specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and sales
Perform technical root cause analysis related to market claims
Propose new technologies, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost-reduction ideas
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of four years of experience in product development
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally

SALARY USD80,000-90,000
