POSITION TITLE Licensing / Approval Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support merchandising and promotional design approval processes within a global licensing business. The role focuses on coordinating approval workflows, collaborating with international stakeholders and licensees, and ensuring that licensed products meet established brand and quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate approval workflows, artwork schedules, and sample management
Communicate regularly with overseas teams, agents, and licensees
Support development of new artwork aligned with local market needs
Assist with contract execution, account management, and reporting
Monitor documentation, approvals, and accounts receivable
Support marketing initiatives and promotional approvals
Maintain organized records and sample inventory
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
2–3 years of experience in licensing, merchandising, design, and/or sales preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
Japanese language skills are a plus
