POSITION SUMMARY
A long-established Japanese food trading company is seeking an Outside Sales Associate for its Medley, FL office. This role involves managing customer relationships, driving sales, and supporting operations for Japanese food products and restaurant supplies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meet monthly/annual sales goals
* Visit clients to promote products and provide support
* Manage orders, invoices, and customer data
* Ensure timely payment collection
* Coordinate deliveries and resolve service issues
* Educate customers on product benefits
* Attend inventory counts and company events as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
* Conversational English required, Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Spanish preferred
* Clean driving record and ability to drive extensively
* High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
* 3+ years in food wholesale/distribution preferred
* Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
* Basic math and Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP experience a plus
* Knowledge of Japanese food products is a plus
BASE SALARY USD50,000-65,000 (DOE) + Commission
