POSITION TITLE IT Business Analyst – FX Pricing System Support
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support FX Trading and Sales functions in a global financial environment by working closely with front-office teams, ensuring the stability and continuous enhancement of FX pricing workflows, and serving as a key liaison between business users and IT teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support FX pricing workflows for Trading and Sales desks
Coordinate integration with market-related business systems
Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents
Prioritize issues based on business impact and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Act as a liaison between local users and offshore development teams
Coordinate system validation, user testing, and post-release support during system upgrades
Operate in an Agile environment using methodologies such as Kanban and tools like JIRA
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in the Global Markets domain
3+ years of experience in a client-facing or application support role
Strong knowledge of FX products, including Spot, Swap, and Forward
Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
Experience with SQL, FIX protocols, or RESTful APIs is a plus
Experience working in Agile environments preferred

WORK STYLE Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)
