POSITION SUMMARY
Our client, a growing company in the food and consumer products industry, is seeking a senior operations leader to drive business growth in the U.S. market.
This position will be responsible for strategic planning, retail expansion, e-commerce growth, operational management, and overall business performance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key executive leader overseeing U.S. operations in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute business strategies for the U.S. market.
Conduct market analysis and support brand growth initiatives.
Lead and expand e-commerce operations and promotional activities.
Oversee website performance and digital business development.
Manage retail expansion projects, including site selection, opening preparation, and store operations.
Develop and execute business plans and performance targets.
Maintain full P&L responsibility and drive sustainable business growth.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams.
Lead and develop local teams to achieve business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience developing and executing international business strategies.
Experience managing overseas subsidiaries or business operations.
Strong business planning and execution skills.
P&L management experience.
Demonstrated leadership and people management capability.
Professional-level English communication skills.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Food and beverage industry experience.
Consumer goods industry experience.
Retail store development experience.
E-commerce management experience.
Business launch or market expansion experience.
Japanese language skills are a plus.
LOCATION
Torrance, California
Initial training period in Japan will be expected.
SALARY
USD $100,000 - $150,000
