Electrical Field Service Engineer - Robotic Systems
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will be responsible for installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of robotic palletizing systems delivered to customers in the Americas. As part of a newly established team responding to growing demand in the corrugated packaging industry, this role plays a key part in supporting customers on-site through technical expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation of robotic palletizing systems for corrugated packaging manufacturers in the Americas
Commissioning and start-up support of installed equipment
After-sales service and troubleshooting at customer sites
Technical support activities at the local office
Overseas training (business trips) for hands-on practices are expected in first year.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or technical college diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Control Engineering
Hands on experience as an electrical design engineer or field service engineer
(experience with robot manufacturers or system integrators is preferred)
Basic understanding of programming languages and PLCs
TOEIC score of 600 or above
LOCATION
Chicago area, United States

SALARY
$75,000/year
