POSITION TITLE Director, Strategic Investor Engagement
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support engagement with institutional investors and equity analysts, communicate business performance and strategic growth initiatives, and serve as a key bridge between senior management and the investment community to enhance understanding of the company's U.S. housing operations and value creation opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build relationships with U.S. institutional investors
Develop relationships with analysts covering the housing sector
Support investor and analyst engagement activities
Communicate operational performance of the U.S. housing business
Present strategic initiatives and growth opportunities to external stakeholders
Act as a liaison between management and the investment community
Help investors and analysts better understand the business platform, strategy, and value creation opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Native-level Japanese language proficiency
Professional-level English communication skills
Experience engaging with institutional investors, equity analysts, or other capital markets participants
Experience communicating business performance, strategy, and growth initiatives to external audiences
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work effectively with senior management and business leaders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Corporate Strategy, or related fields
Experience within housing, homebuilding, real estate, or related sectors
Experience working for publicly listed companies
Experience working in both Japan and the United States
Familiarity with U.S. capital markets and the investor community
