POSITION TITLE Branch Manager (Real Estate Sales, Leasing & Brokerage) 

POSITION SUMMARY 

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead real estate sales and leasing operations in the Boston and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for both branch management and hands-on real estate operations, with a primary focus on supporting clients relocating to or studying in the U.S. from Japan. The successful candidate will oversee business performance, manage staff, and drive the growth of the branch. 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Oversee overall branch operations and management  

  • Set sales targets and manage branch performance  

  • Supervise, train, and manage staff members  

  • Handle residential leasing transactions, including property showings and lease support  

  • Manage property operations  

  • Conduct real estate sales brokerage activities  

  • Handle client communications, property showings, and contract negotiations  

  • Coordinate with other offices and provide regular reporting 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)  

  • Experience in real estate sales, leasing, property management, or real estate brokerage  

  • Ability to take ownership of a wide range of real estate operations  

  • Management experience is a plus  

  • Massachusetts real estate license holders are strongly preferred 

LOCATION Boston and Cambridge area, MA 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

  • Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 (1-hour break) 

  • Working days: Monday through Saturday (two days off per week; Sundays and U.S. public holidays off) 

  • Working hours and days may be adjusted depending on business needs and client requirements. 

SALARY USD80,000 - 100,000 (including commission) 

BENEFITS Insurance subsidy program available, PTO (5 days in the first year; 10 days granted annually from the second year onward on each work anniversary), and others   

OTHER 3-month probation period
