RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Engineering / Project Support
Provide helpdesk and support services to assigned clients, including handling inquiries, executing predefined tasks, and escalating issues as needed
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders (clients, vendors, and internal teams)
Track and manage incidents and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and system updates
Support project management activities, including documentation, vendor coordination, progress tracking, and reporting
Execute assigned project tasks such as operations, documentation, and end-user support
Monitor project budgets and timelines; escalate risks or delays proactively
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to project delivery and support
Travel to client sites or work onsite as required (short-term or ongoing)
2. Analysis & Reporting
Maintain accurate daily work logs using tools such as Sprint Backlog and SharePoint
Analyze actual vs. forecast performance for support cases and projects
Assess project and support situations and propose improvement plans or solutions
Report project/support status updates to line management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on analysis, coordinating stakeholders as needed
3. Team & Project Management
Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve project goals and milestones
Support team development by guiding issue resolution and skill enhancement
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution
Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
4. Collaboration & Compliance
Collaborate with Sales and Finance (FC) teams to support efficient business operations while mitigating risks
Foster a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues as needed
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and operational guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager in IT industry.
Bilingual Japanese fluency is required
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
PMP certification is a plus.
SALARY・BENEFITS
USD 100,000 – 130,000

LOCATION
Remote work is available; candidates based in or near NYC or Los Angeles are preferred.
Occasional visits to the NY or LA office may be required.
